  2. Prepare Walter with this unique data set of over 1500 documents

  3. Launch the pilot program for the buying persona coach

Navarro and Associates has also used Walter to program a curated data set of over 45 buying personas and 20 vertical markets for client A. Without an AI-enabled program, learners and trainers alike would spend hours poring over material to create a relevant content plan. 

Today, the curriculum has been tailored to include additional clients and supports over 180 languages. Navarro and Associates is able to provide effective training for Client A’s employees to learn at their own pace, and in their own language. In-person workshop time is then spent more effectively by ensuring accurate understanding and application rather than trying to teach the skill.

So impressed with Navarro and Associates’ programming, client A has expanded the audiences and programs they’re willing to fund. It is now a mandatory program for every customer-facing sales employee.

What started as 1 program for client A has expanded to 48 programs for client A in this year alone.
