With SAM, they can immerse themselves in real-life scenarios with potential clients. Sales role-play is a proven strategy that allows teams to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to close deals.
Role-play scenarios are not one-off or one-on-one situations only. SAM can simulate meetings with 40 discrete stakeholders, simulate meetings across 16 vertical markets, and raise objections across eight different technologies in a vertical.
After the interaction, SAM provides improvement feedback based on the interaction so students know what they should focus on next. This score and feedback is based on Charles Green's trusted advisor concept.
Your sales teams will also be able to build a strong sense of self and confidence as they learn what to expect with high-stakes clients, know that they are prepared to answer relevant questions, and hone in on areas of weaknesses.
2. Monthly module podcast
With online curriculums that you can access anywhere, anytime, learners can revise modules and work on their weaknesses.

Clients of Navarro and Associates are enrolled in enabled business outcomes (EBO) workshops based on their personalized curriculum. With our monthly module podcast, learners will receive a monthly 10-minute podcast covering the topics covered in the EBO modules.
